When I first started photography, I tried a little bit of everything. However, once I found pet photography, I knew that was where my heart is.

My goal is to create memories you will cherish forever, photos that tell the story of your dog. Why did I choose to specialise in dog photography? Growing up, I had 17 different pets at the one time... yes, that's right... 17. I have had cats, dogs, birds, lizards, frogs, a snake, rabbits & guinea pigs. As you can tell I really love animals! After I lost my first dog, Tyson, I realised just how important photos are. The photos I have of him mean everything to me!

Dogs are more than just a pet, they are family! Each dog has such a unique personality and that is what I love to capture. Photos have the ability to speak a thousand words, and capturing your dogs unique personality allows me to tell the story of your dog & everything you love about them through a series of photographs.

When it comes to my family photography, similar to my pet photography, my aim is to capture special memories of your family that you will cherish forever. Photos are irreplaceable. In years to come, you will look back on the photos I capture of your family and be thankful that you invested in those special memories!

When I am not photographing for my clients I enjoy wildlife, landscape and nature photography too! You can see some of my work in the 'portfolio' section of my website. I love getting out and photographing the beautiful place we live in and the wildlife we share it with! I love the challenge of searching for a specific species of bird and the challenge of capturing it in flight, or getting out on the 'humpback highway' and capturing the annual migration of the incredible humpback whales!

Ultimately, my main goal is to create and capture photographs that turn into memories that we can love and cherish forever, regardless of the subject I am photographing. Maybe it's a photoshoot for your beloved furry-friend. Maybe it's a family photoshoot. Maybe it's a landscape photo I have captured at a spot that has sentimental meaning to you. Photos are so important.

We don't regret the photos we do take, only the ones we don't!
